Located close Chénéville and Lac Simon at camping Haut-des-Cotes, Quebec, approximately one hour drive from downtown Ottawa. Peaceful setting by a lake with a Brook trout, perch, sunfish, and catfish. Campground has two smaller and one bigger beach. This mobile home was well maintained by the original owner. Kitchen with eating area includes fridge, stove and microwave. Bathroom with shower. Good size main bedroom and storage. Family room extension on permanent deck. Detached storage shed, wood stove, BBQ, two seater swing, satelite dish, lawnmover and a lot of gardening tools. Fully equiped!!!
You won't need anything! We are leaving everything inside and outside, just bring your family and enjoy next season.
