I don't want to sell this car, but I have no choice we had to make room for our growing family and got a larger vehicle. Car is in excellent condition and has been rigorously maintained since day one when I purchased it in Calgary (Car is now located in Ottawa). Car has upgraded stereo and sunroof from factory and comes with many, many extras. KMS are roughly 78K and has always been given Mobil 1 with routine oil changes/maintenance.
The good

The bad
- Timing belt will need to be done soon
- Needs oil change
- Front bumper is scuffed up and lip loose (have a new front bumper from an 06+ Lancer, just needs to be painted and installed)
