$175 · Antique Royal Doulton Robin Hood Teapot

This antique Royal Doulton Robin Hood teapot has the early pattern number introduced in 1914 (D3751.) It features "Robin Hood Under the Greenwood Tree" (also the pattern name), with Little John and Jovial Friar Tuck (names also imprinted on the lid.) The image features the three figures under the greenwood tree on the front; on the back is an image of Robin's bow and arrow. The distinctive shape and detailed image has all the hallmarks of Royal Doulton's quality and design. It's a popular collectible item for china and Royal Doulton enthusiasts alike. The teapot is in excellent condition with no stains, chips or cracks, only minor crazing on the bottom which does not affect the functionality of the piece.
