Boxing is one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength while learning a new skill - and you can have fun doing it! As a certified boxing coach instructor and personal fitness trainer, I have worked with many people from all walks of life!

I offer classes in personal training, boxing drills and some circuit work out of Ride Cyclery. The gym is a split between an indoor cycling facility, and a work out area which is fully equipped with a heavy bag, a speed bag, a reflex bag and strength training equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, boss balls, an agility ladder, exercise mats and skipping ropes.
The gym centrally located in downtown Ottawa at 410 Bank Street between Gladstone and Florence. There is on-street parking, and OC Transpo #1 and 7 pass right in front.

Small group sessions are also available if you want to train with your friends.
