All of my fitness sessions are done outdoors, at your place, (work or home), at your convenience. Lots of interval training, fat burning cardio, walking, speed/power walking up and down hills, shadow boxing/upper cuts/knees, strengthening/resistance training-wall push ups, leg lifts, chin-ups..., stretching to prevent injuries? High repetition with low impact (to avoid injury) will help you tone and build your muscles while burning calories and reducing fat. My goal is not to have you looking like a bulky weightlifter, but to have you looking fit, toned and healthy, both physically and mentally. Every work-out session is different, fun and a complete, full-body workout. Yes, we will be discussing your eating habits/diet as well. I have more than 15 years of experience and pay attention to absolutely everything.
Just give me 12 weeks of your time and watch the results. You will be impressed! Most importantly, I will give you the tools to be able to do this on your own, long term. You will never need to go to a gym again; you will never need a personal trainer again.
