Hours : 12-15 hrs/week - can be flexible with days/times.

Job Description & Tasks Performed: Full Time Real Estate Agent seeks part time help.
You will work closely with the lead Realtor to organize and execute the marketing plan.
1.Contact Database management, back office support, ensures that all systems and process run efficiently.
2. Implement the marketing calendar
3. Help Organize client events
4. Implement a Social Media Plan and track success
5. Client statistics
6. Maintain website and make minor changes as needed, example adding forms etc. (Not design work, that would be a huge bonus)
7. Other duties as needed(basically anything that is needed to provide the customer with a WOW experience)

-ability to think outside of the box and anticipate any challenges or potential problems
-ability to work with minimum supervision and with a team
-ability to analyze and resolve procedural problems
-Knowledgeable with Wordpress

-Doesn't like Drama
