PIANO LESSONS BEGINNERS, UP TO INTERMEDIATE RCMT LEVEL. One Free Lesson after Trial Lesson (based upon one hour sessions only) if four more are booked. (There is a fee for the Trial lesson). Teacher: Ingrid Smith, ARCT, (Member of ORMTA) I am listed as a singing and rudiments of music teacher with ORMTA, however, I have trained in piano up to the grade 08 RCMT exam level. I teach children beginning at 7yrs., and Adults are welcome as well. I also teach Rudiments of Music up to grade 02 level, however, I have passed all exams with top marks in not only the Rudiments of Music, but also in Harmony, History, Counterpoint, and Music Analysis. I have a diploma in singing Performance and have been teaching voice for approximately 23 yrs.. I have performance experience in several operas at the Ottawa NAC. Lessons are available throughout the Summer months, however, students may also book in advance for September lessons. Lessons are taught at my home in a lovely setting.
