They measure about 3 3/4" long. They are all marked Sterling. They are in a case marked Ryrie Bros Toronto. The case has spaces for 6 spoons so this is probably parts of 2 sets. Ryrie Bros was in business from the 1850's to the 1930's. They were amalgamated with Birks in 1904 but continued to use their own name until about 1933. The bowls of the spoons have a goldish tint. Some have a flat tint and some are shiny. I first thought they were coffee stained but I could not get them clean so they might be gold plated. The gold colour is not as dark as it appears in the picture.
