Major Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
* Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone
* Determining our customers service needs
* Follow established service procedures
* Receiving customer motorcycles
* Be able to effectively manage open repair orders
* Proactive follow up calls with current and previous customers
* Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills
Computer literate and well organized

Weekend availability
Experience Necessary
