I am selling my 1-year old 17" HP Pavilion due to me getting a new one. It has very minor scratches on the lid and runs like new.
I will factory reset it to windows 8.1 but can put any other version of windows on it for free.
Specs:
equivalent to http://www.ncix.com/detail/hp-pavilion-17-f180ca-amd-a10-5745m-ea-103014.htm but with 12GB of RAM and a 750GB HDD.
Price is firm and I only take cash. I would also be able to meet you anywhere between Baseline and Place D'Orleans.
