Hi, this is a nice pair of Cerwin Vega High Energy Design (HED) Model 39P Speakers. The woofers were professionally re-foamed last year so you don't have to worry about that expense, and they sound great! They are 25.5 inches high, 15.5 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. and have 12 inch woofers, 5 inch mid-ranges, and 3 inch tweeters. Stands are not required, but can be purchased separately.
