Wage - $12.00 / hour based on 40 hrs / week
Terms of Employment - Permanent, full time, early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend, night time. Hours will be shift work and vary month-to-month, from early morning/late evening. Must be flexible.
Public transportation is available. Travel expenses not paid by employer. Own transportation an asset.
Work in employer's home. Non-smoking environment.
Candidate must have excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, reliability, effective interpersonal skills, organized.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, shop for food and household supplies.
Take children to/from school and appointments. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, tend to emotional well-being of children, prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Children are 12 years old and hard of hearing. Must be available for health and safety of child while parents are away on shift-work/business travel.
Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience - 5 years or more
