We are a clean, responsible, mature couple in our early sixties, who have rented our entire lives, looking for a house, condo or townhouse to rent for May 1st. Seeking a location in the Nepean (ie: Woodroffe, Dalehurst, Medhurst) area. We are looking to rent a place with 3 bedrooms, 5 appliances, central air and a finished basement. Our monthly budget is $1600 and the landlord can be assured that his or her place will be kept in very good condition with us as their tenants. (references available)
