Hiring: Riding Instructor

RIDING INSTRUCTOR POSITION AVAILABLE: Royale Equestrian Centre is gearing up for a fun and busy season! We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable coach to join our team and barn family. Must be available evenings and weekends. To teach youth and adults from beginner to advanced. Certified coach preferred however we are willing to take on a non certified coach if the candidate has enough proven experience and would be willing to obtain coaching certification in the next year. Position Requirements: - Coaching certification or proven experience - Team Player - Excellent communication skills - Positive, friendly, outgoing - Professional appearance at all times - Work well in a busy environment - Experience teaching and working with youth - Ability to project voice well and consistently - Motivated and enthusiastic - Passion for coaching - Attention to detail - Quickly assess riders and horses provide quality feedback - Develop and teach fun, safe, educational lesson plans - Work well with others and have a keen desire to continue to improve skills/education We offer an Outstanding friendly, supportive community oriented environment!
