My name is Sorin Vaduva, I am an Ottawa Realtor working in a busy and fun real estate office located in central Ottawa. I am looking to add a multi-talented player to my team, someone with a passion for real estate and excellent customer service who can help my team grow!
Full Time or Part Time Available
Admin Primary Responsibilities:
* Ongoing administrative support as required
* Maintenance of Client Database (CRM) system as required
* Support in organizing and co-ordinating showings & buyer visits
* Ongoing calls for showing feedback
* Create & manage systems for sellers, buyers, client database, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & office administration.
* Preparing marketing packages and pre-appointment documentation
* Preparing feature sheets & website updates
* Managing various social media platforms - sometimes(Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram)
* Creating marketing email blasts
* Maintain financial systems, profit & loss statement, bill payment, budget(s)
* Lead generation and follow up
Ideal candidates should have:
* Minimum 2 years of real estate administrative work (an asset)
* Real estate license (not necessary but an asset)
* Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong attention to detail (excellent grammar & spelling)
* Proficiency with Gmail, Websites and CRM systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
* Administrative Experience (filing, organizing & sending calendar invites etc)
* Ability to be self-guided with little or no direction
* Passionate about real estate and excellent people skills
Bonus Attributes:
* Experience with sales environment
* Experience with Canva or a graphic design program
* Experience with building and growing an audience on social media platforms
* Experience with SALES
* Experience with MATRIX
* Experience with NEXONE
* Experience with Real Estate Sales
Location: 1417 Carling Avenue (corner of Carling and Kirkwood)
Hourly wage plus incentives, compensation will be negotiated based on your experience
Potential Salary: $16/Hour - $20/ Hour + Bonuses / 30 - 40 hours per week
