$1,500 · Mature Couple Looking for Place to Rent

We are a very clean, mature and responsible non-smoking couple in our early sixties looking to rent a clean townhouse or house in the west end (Ottawa, Nepean or Kanata). We are open to a long-term rental agreement as well. We've rented our entire lives and in fact have been renting our current home for nineteen years. We're moving because the owner has decided to sell. My wife and I are looking for a clean house or townhouse (three storeys) with three bedrooms, 5 appliances, central air and a finished basement. We have one very clean and extremely intelligent five-year-old Bengal cat, who has been with us since he was three months old. Our move date is somewhat flexible, though our preferred date is April 1st. Our maximum limit for monthly rent is $1500 and landlords and/or owners can rest assured that, with us as tenants, their place will be well taken care of during our tenancy.
