LF- A mature roommate/border to share my home with myself and my kids who are here 50/50. Located in Beaverbrook Kanata, bus stop steps away from townhome, and stores/shops close by on March Road. All utilities included and shared accommodations within household(kitchen appliances/bthrm/laundry facilities and storage for belongings/small backyard) I have a double bed if needed for room, would like preferable candidate to provide a reference and police check, smoke free home but can smoke outside and 420 allowed, asking $800 a month all inclusive.
