NATTIQ is urgently seeking Staffing Specialists for upcoming contract opportunities. To apply, you MUST hold as a minimum a valid RELIABILITY Clearance and have over 5 – 10+ years of experience performing the following sample tasks as clearly demonstrated in each of your project descriptions: • Develop a work plan and definition of deliverables • Draft and finalize Statements of Merit Criteria (SoMC) or review the existing SoMC, assessment tools, rating guides, reference check questionnaires, etc. in collaboration with HR Management and the Client Staffing Advisor • Assist management with appropriate sequencing and application of merit criteria • Create a master rating guide and relevant marking grids • Coordinate major document approval • Develop and prepare assessment tools, guides and materials • Develop written examination & interview questions in collaboration with HR Management and the Client Staffing Advisor • Develop rating scales in collaboration with HR Management and the Client Staffing Advisor. • Conduct the screening of all resumes and applications resulting from the process posting • Coordinate and administer all assessments (virtually) • Complete the marking as per assessment and rating guide and collate the end results of each process. • Prepare and conduct staffing processes/inventories on behalf of the Management Team. • Recruit students and coordinate and participate in the screening and assessment of priority candidates, students and candidates recruited from various industries and Government of Canada on-line tools. • Conduct informal discussions with candidates as required, coordinate and administer tests, interviews, examinations, and coordinate and complete reference checks. • Compile and prepare final board reports and finalize results of processes (i.e., establishing pools of qualified candidates) • Liaise and work with Management Team and Client Staffing Advisor, on the various steps in the staffing and selection processes. • Develop briefing materials related to staffing request approvals by senior management • Provide operational staffing services to a group of client managers • Provide advice on effectiveness of assessment instruments and assist in development or choice of proper instruments • Advise manager of organizational policy • Create departmental staffing report(s) including preparation, data gathering, interviews, and monitoring staffing report and various activities • Perform activities including recourse, appeals, early intervention process, and alternative dispute resolutions for staffing purposes • Extend job offers and establish starting salaries • Develop or assist in developing strategies and plans (that is staffing or resourcing) • Develop monitoring framework and implement and conduct monitoring We appreciate all resume submissions however only qualified candidates will be contacted – thank you!
