I have a Fantom Lightning Canister Vacuum Cleaner. I also have a dog that lives close and visits often. I had to go into hospital and some friends "helped" me around the house while I was gone. The powerhead got separated from the wand because a housekeeper had broken it. I was able to replace it off of Ebay. The powerhead disappeared. I believe the dog carried it off.
