Experienced Mature Couple Looking for Place to Rent for September 1st/2023

We are an experienced middle-aged mature couple looking for a very clean and well-maintained townhouse/condo or house to rent for July 1st of 2023. We're looking for a unit that has two or three bedrooms, five appliances, central AC and a finished basement. We are open to living in the Nepean, Arnprior, Almonte or Barrhaven areas. We have a very well trained ten-year old Bengal cat that is a very important member of our family. Our monthly budget is $1750-$1900 and the landlord can be rest assured that their premises will be well taken care of with us as their tenants.
