$820 · Townhome furnished room rental

I am looking for one person to share a townhome rental with just me and my two cats. I am renting out an unfinished, furnished basement, about 20 x 20 ft. It's equipped with a bed, dresser, bar fridge, 50 inch tv, coffee table, 2 end tables, bookshelf, mirror, and table with chairs. There is a window with curtains and a place to hang the clothes. There is some extra space to put a desk and a couple of shelves only. The washroom, kitchen, in house laundry, BBQ, and yard is shared. The rent includes all utilities and wifi. There is parking available. Smoking is outside. It's a good neighborhood. Close to Hog's Back, Mooney's Bay, and the Experimental farm. There are lots of grocery stores and shopping nearby. A 35 minute bus to downtown. June 1st. First and last month rent and proof of income.
