Thule upright bike carrier

Up for sale is this locking bike rack carrier that carries a bicycle without the need the need to remove the front wheels. The front mount bar folds down when not being used. The rack can be mounted on roof top cross bars up to 1.75inches wide in profile. A key is provide for the lock. I can’t find U shaped bolts that secures them to the crossbars. They are available to Thule or any hardware store. Selling to reasonable price offers
