Hi, this is a fantastic looking and sounding vintage JVC VR-5541 Receiver. It was made in Japan, has excellent build quality, it weighs over 25 pounds and puts out a minimum of 40 old-school watts per channel. This receiver has a classic vintage black face which lights up with cool green tuning scale, as well as the radio signal strength and tuning meter, and all of the lights, including the red Stereo lights function. It has a built in am/FM tuner that sounds great and really pulls in stations, and it has an excellent Phono preamplifier so you can spin your vinyl records on your turntable. It also has separate Pre-Outs and Mains and it makes an amazing Pre-Amplifier. It features a well built 5 band SEA Graphic Equalizer, this Sound Effect Amplifier adjusts to obtain the optimum sound for you. You can connect 3 pairs of speakers to this receiver and play different combinations of one or two pais at once. There are connections for Phono, two Tape connections, and two Aux inputs. There is also a FM Det Out RCA, with adjustable FM muting. On the front are the usual knobs, buttons and controls for Loudness, the aforementioned EQ pitch controls, filters, and a Headphones Jack.
