I got an antique looking wood table and chairs for sale. The table, I cleaned it, sanded it and varnished it twice. Under and on top. I didn't touch the legs. I also have 3 chairs that come with it. Sorry, the 4th one completely broke and was put to garbage. So I have only 3 chairs. You can buy everything separately if you want. Meaning if you only want 1 or 2 chairs, or just the table, this is not a problem.
