Swivel Recliner W/OttoMan Needed!

Bonjour/Good Day:I am very bilingual(francais/anglais)and will answer all your questions if you'd like to help!I am presently in dire need of a Swivel/Recliner Chair W/Ottoman,because of health and "Bug"issues but getting an "Ottoman or Footstool"right now would really help,i have very bad "Neuropathy",it would be a start and because my feet are in "extreme pain"24 hours a day because of no elevation for them to get some type of comfort and stuck on "Painkillers" for relief,but the "OttoMan" is needed badly and in good shape since my feet "Balloons"when they are not up in the air !I am on a Disability pension,bad health and constant every day pain.O.D.S.P. has basically cut on just about everything including trying to get shoes,furniture,etc.and i just had to have my Apt. totally fumigated because of BedBugs and Roaches which i did not invite to my place for them to share together a "Party Place" to feed on.I had to throw out my Bed,my Recliner and other items soon,just to maintain some control in Apt.Just wondering if someone wouldn't mind helping me out with Chair or someone who might know someone else who might be able and wouldn't mind giving me a hand.That's all i'm asking,just some simple help and some poor guy who needs help badly for now.Merci Beaucoup/Thank you for taking the time to read this and just so you know,i reside in a Low Income Apt.Building and you may even check with the Org. in charge for confirmation:"Options Bytown" Non-Profit Housing Org.Thanks and have a beautiful day!
