$750 · Summer (May - August) Sublet Rooms in Downtown Ottawa

Looking for someone to sublet my room for the summer (May-Aug). You don't have to stay for the full four months. The rent includes all utilities - there are no extra costs. The room is in a house very close to the uOttawa campus and the Rideau centre. There are other female roommates. The room has a bed, desk, dresser, and large closet as well. It's dimensions are (it's huge!). The kitchen already has cooking supplies as well. The house has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the unit itself. All other tenants are in their undergrad studies. There are no rules against alcohol or cannabis, but pets are not allowed. There is also another room available in the place if you and a friend are looking together.
